Guidelines for E - Poster Presentation

  1. Presenter should be an IPS member and must have registered for the 48th IPS national conference during submission of the abstract.
  2. Students are allowed to present in only one out of the following events: Scientific Paper, E-Poster and Table clinics.
  3. All the poster presentations will be categorized as: original research, case report & review.
  4. The presentations should adhere to the central theme of the conference in Prosthodontics: CONFLUENCE: PRACTICE WITH EVIDENCE.
  5. The structured abstract should not exceed 250 words. The abstract headings should be as follows:
  6. * For original researches: Background, methods, Results, Conclusions.
    * Case reports: Background, Case report, Conclusion.
    * Reviews: Background, Summary, Conclusion.
  7. Name, last name and title, Institution, City and contact details of authors should be stated clearly in the abstract.
  8. No tables, charts, or graphs shall be included in the abstract.
  9. The abstract should not have been submitted or accepted at any other state, national or international scientific meeting.
  10. Abstracts of the unfinished researches will not be accepted.
  11. Abstracts with plagiarism will not be accepted.
  12. Poster should have a brief title based on the main aim of the poster.
  13. Names of all the authors should be included in the poster. No names of guiding staff or HOD or college name should be mentioned on the poster. Mention of any such names would amount to disqualification of the poster.
  14. Guidelines for the presentation will be uploaded in due course of time.
  15. Last date for submission of abstract is 15th September 2020.
  16. Upload the abstract by logging in to the website- www.48thipsnagpur2020.com.
  17. Two posters are allowed for each college with intake of up to 6 PG seats per batch and Three posters for more than 6 MDS seats per batch. The maximum number of participants is restricted to 3 delegates (1 author + 2 co-authors for each poster) .
  18. The decision of the scientific committee is final and binding in all situations.
  19. E-certificates will be provided to all the presenters.
