Scientific Student Paper Presentation Guidelines

  1. Presenter should be an IPS member and must have registered for the 48th IPS national conference during submission of the abstract.
  2. Student is allowed to present only one out of the following events: Scientific Paper, E-Poster and Table clinics.
  3. All the paper presentations will be categorized as: original research, case report & review.
  4. The presentations should adhere to the central theme of the conference-CONFLUENCE: PRACTICE WITH EVIDENCE.
  5. The structured abstract should be submitted not exceeding 250 words. The abstract headings should be as follows:
  6. *For original researches: Background, methods, Results, Conclusions.
    *Case reports: Background, Case report, Conclusion.
    *Reviews: Background, Summary, and Conclusion.
  7. Upload the abstract by logging in to www.48thipsnagpur2020.com.
  8. No tables, charts, or graphs shall be included in the abstract.
  9. The abstract should not have been submitted or accepted at any other state, national or international scientific meeting.
  10. Abstracts of unfinished researches will not be accepted.
  11. Abstracts with plagiarism will not be accepted.
  12. Two paper presentations are allowed from each college with intake of up to 6 PG seats per Batch. Colleges with more than 6 PG seats per batch are entitled for an additional one paper.
  13. The maximum number of participants is restricted to 2 students per paper presentation; both the presenters should be registered and should be present online at the time of their presentation. Second presenter will be considered as Co-author. Presentation will be done by main author only.
  14. Last date for submission of abstract is 15th September 2020.
  15. Guidelines for the presentation will be uploaded in due course of time.
  16. E-certificates will be provided to all the authors and co-authors.
  17. The decision of the scientific committee is final and binding in all situations.
